“I’m relocating to Kirkland and wanted a home close to my new office before I move. As a result, I had to shop for homes remotely. Thanks to Daniel I’ve successfully closed the transaction for my new home. Daniel always went the extra mile for me, volunteering to visit properties on market and show me the properties through video conference calls. He was always punctual with our appointments and demonstrated deep knowledge explaining to me the features of individual properties and qualities of neighborhoods. He has been almost immediate responding to my requests. When submitting offers, he always helped me with due diligence and prepared reports listing comparable property listings and transactions. In the end he helped us close on a home at the asking price, which has been difficult to do in the hot Seattle metro market. He was also generous giving back 1% of the property price towards closing costs. Definitely will prefer to work with Daniel again in the future and recommend to others.”
