Jamie Pagel
With a background in construction and as a design consultant on home remodels, Jamie Pagel’s versatile skills are invaluable to her clients. Jamie holds a degree in business management from WGU Washington, along with a design degree while focusing her studies in pre-law. On remodels, she specialized in work with natural stone, tile, and hardwood flooring, and was trained by many of the top flooring providers and manufacturers in the country. Jamie says that for buyers and sellers alike, her keen eye for design is a premier asset for her clients. She has brokered home sales in both King and Snohomish Counties and her growing broker portfolio, in concert with her education, equips Jamie to handle a multitude of different situations that may arise for her clients.
Her clients praise her ethics, professionalism, and deft ability to guide home sellers and buyers with varying degrees of experience through an often-complicated process. Offering red carpet services that her clients have come to expect, Jamie brings energy and industriousness to every project she tackles. Jamie’s active involvement in her community allows her to know her neighbors well, and when she takes on a new client, she gets to know them on a personal level—because, to her, they are much more than a transaction. Armed with the resources of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty’s (RSIR) award-winning marketing team, she creates customized marketing plans that fit each clients’ distinct and unique needs. Jamie aligned with RSIR to elevate her work and provide her clients with the added gravitas of a brand name whose heritage is both world-renowned and respected. As a life-long student, Jamie was also attracted to the continuing education opportunities offered by RSIR, assuring her clients that she’s always providing them with the most pertinent updates and a state-of-the-art real estate experience.
Her sense of humor provides levity both at work and home, where she lives with her husband Otto and son Caleb. An avid reader, Jamie also gives back to her community by volunteering at the Friends of the Mill Creek Library and has been on the board of the Women’s Council of Realtors in Snohomish. When not brokering deals, she can be found on her Westsail 43 boat, the “Quedagh Merchant”, participating in events at her local yacht club, and events at her church.
