About Kira Truett:
I know that if you want to buy a home that you can absolutely do it, you may just need a little help. I love providing help to those that are in need of financing a home because, let’s be honest, most people do not have the liquid cash reserves to buy a home outright in cash. I enjoy to helping people explore their options in home loans so that they can make the best possible decision for their situation and feel just as good about the loan on their new home as they do about the home itself.
To help as many people as possible feel empowered to purchase a home I offer a lot of education experiences both online and in person. I actively promote my in person first time home buyers classes that I hold about once a month that have helped so many people become home owners faster than they thought possible. Some of my classes offer a certificate that can be utilized for those that qualify for the down payment assistance programs offered in Washington state. In addition, I offer online classes and other videos and resources through my Facebook page. I believe good communication is the key to a happy buying or refinancing experience and that it is important for everyone to understand the overall process so I seek out as many venues as possible for education to be within reach for all.
