Meet Elvina Kalymon

For Elvina Kalymon, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It is about

Originally from Ukraine, Elvina moved to the United States at a young age and
developed a deep appreciation for the opportunities that homeownership provides. She
earned real estate licenses in both Washington and Montana before building her career
in commercial real estate, where she managed a portfolio valued at more than $200
million throughout Seattle and the Eastside. Working alongside investors, business
owners, contractors, and attorneys strengthened her negotiation skills, sharpened her
understanding of complex transactions, and gave her a strong foundation in contracts,
strategic thinking, and problem-solving.

Today, Elvina brings that experience to residential real estate, supporting clients through
every stage of their journey. Whether assisting a first-time buyer, guiding a growing
family, or representing an investor, she is committed to making the process organized,
seamless, and rewarding.
